Mrs. WilliamsHello, my name is Whitney Williams. I am so excited to be joining Sweet Apple Elementary this year and to be a part of the start of the Pre-K program here at SAE! The Georgia Pre-K Program is a truly a wonderful program that I feel very passionate about. This upcoming school year will be my sixth year teaching Georgia Pre-K and my second year with Fulton County Schools. Pre-K is an exciting year! I look forward to getting to know your child and helping them grow socially and academically.
I was born in Texas (The picture on the bottom left is of me when I was in Pre-K) and then moved to Massachusetts when I was six years old. I have lived the majority of my life in Marietta, so I consider Georgia to be my home state. I currently reside in Woodstock with my husband and Chihuahua named Riley. I enjoy traveling, mountain biking, reading, crafting, decorating, and most of all spending time with family! I graduated from Kennesaw State University (GO OWLS!) where I received my degree in Early Childhood Education. I also have a Reading Specialist (K-12) certification and a Reading Endorsement. |
Ms. Jean-Baptiste
Hello my name is Katia Jean-Baptiste and I am so excited to start the upcoming 2016-2017 year with your babies. I have been working at Sweet Apple since 2005 and newly transferred from our GNETS program to the Pre-K inclusion class. I have been a special needs teacher for the past 26 years and have worked with students with various disabilities and age groups. I’m originally from New York. I hold a Bachelor Degree from St. John University and a Master’s Degree from New York City University. I moved to Georgia in 2005 with my 4 children and now consider myself a native Georgian. I love to read, take road trips and my kids are presently my fulltime hobby.

Ms. SciHi, my name is Jacqui Sci "she". This is my second year at SAE as a Pre-K Paraprofessional. Prior to joining SAE, I was a substitute teacher for Pre-K - 5th grade, working mostly in Pre-K & SN. I graduated from UNC Charlotte with a BA in Theatre. Afterwards I worked at The Alliance Theatre in Atlanta as a Children's Programs Coordinator. I love mixing my experience in the Arts and the work I do with kids! I've been married to my husband, Mike, for almost 20 years, living in Roswell & raising our kids, Isabella & Joseph, former Sweet Apple alumni, now a senior and sophomore at RHS. Wow, They grow up fast!
I look forward to meeting you and your little ones! Sincerely, Jacqui Sci |
